We are hiring a Lead Product Designer to guide the design of consumer-facing products across web and mobile. You'll own the design journey end-to-end, ensuring intuitive experiences that balance user delight with business impact.

This role blends leadership with hands-on craft. You will partner closely with product, research, and engineering teams, mentor designers, and set the direction for scalable design systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead consumer product design across discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
Translate research insights into actionable user journeys.
Build and maintain scalable design systems.
Collaborate with engineering for seamless handoff and implementation.
Conduct usability testing to refine experiences.
Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
Align stakeholders around product vision and design outcomes.

What You Bring

5–7 years of B2C product design experience with a strong portfolio.

Expertise in mobile-first and responsive web design.

Strong command of Figma and prototyping tools.

Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional detail.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
