Job Description

• Develop and execute strategies to optimise the collections process for Home loans, LAP, etc
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies in all collections activities.
• Lead and manage a high-performing collections team to achieve organisational goals.
• Analyse data to identify trends, assess risks, and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance collections efficiency and customer experience.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the collections department.
