The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, flexible, hands-on, and independent Odoo Engineer & Administrator to join our distributed team.

You’ll help design, implement, and maintain customized Odoo environments for clients across multiple industries.

This position starts part-time (approx. 20 hrs / week) and may evolve into a full-time role as our project base grows.

What You’ll Do

  • Advise clients on how to map and automate business processes in Odoo.
  • Configure and administer Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Production, Services, Productivity).
  • Customize workflows and process automations tailored to client needs.
  • If needed, develop or extend Python modules for advanced automation and integrations together with our software engineers.

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, modules, and configuration.
  • Experience in one or more areas : CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Experience of working in an international project
  • Independent working style, thinking in solutions instead of problems and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in using AI and AI driven coding like with Cursor
  • (Bonus) Python development or Odoo customization experience.
