Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, based in New Delhi with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing schedules, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and performing general clerical duties. The role also includes supporting executives with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining office operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations efficiently.
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries and correspondence professionally.
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with office software and tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in education or training sectors is a plus.
