We are excited to invite applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Senior Lean and Quality . This pivotal role is designed for a Senior Lean and Quality professional with deep domain knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) processes. If you have a strong foundation in Lean principles, proven project management expertise, and exposure to driving transformational change through digital and analytics, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with operations leads, vertical leads, and clients to design and implement value-generating transformation roadmaps, including digital and analytics.
- Work cross-functionally with consulting, solutions, transition, training, operations teams, and practice areas to understand and meet contractual commitments.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks through root cause analysis and process improvements, including digital solutions.
- Lead the operationalization of Lean initiatives for continuous improvement across teams.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) , Gemba walks , and floor walks to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Lead Lean Action Workouts and Kaizen events with operations teams and clients.
- Develop transformation roadmaps for Lean initiatives and collaborate with business leaders for realization.
- Manage and deliver Lean Digital projects aimed at improving end-to-end processes with a strong focus on measurable business impact.
- Conduct quality awareness sessions and Lean training across the organization.
- Initiate projects to improve business processes, set up measurement systems, and drive results.
- Foster a culture of process excellence and improve productivity through Lean-driven projects.
- Assist transition teams with volume analysis, baseline metrics, and setting targets for new processes.
- Standardize global best practices within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (CA / ICWA preferred).Proven experience in a Transformation role , specifically related to Lean and Quality practices.Lean Six Sigma Certification (or equivalent).In-depth knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) processes (e.g., month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, FP&A).Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering small to large-scale process improvement or transformation projects.Exceptional consultative partnering skills, particularly when engaging with senior leadership.Experience in digital transformation projects .Ability to identify waste and streamline processes effectively.Self-driven , with a strong ability to deliver outcomes independently.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with R2R tools like Blackline or OneStream .Familiarity with AI , machine learning , or generative AI projects.Hands-on experience with leading Kaizen events.PMP Certification is a plus.The true value of a process improvement initiative is not just in the efficiency gains, but in the culture it fosters.
