HCM Implementation Specialist

Job Title : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

This is a critical role for an expert in Oracle Fusion HCM who can deliver high-quality implementation and support services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting various HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL.

A strong understanding of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles is essential for success in this role.

We are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules and a proven track record of delivering full-cycle implementations.

Key skills and qualifications include :

• Expert-level knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles
• Experience in configuring Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL modules
• Full-cycle implementation and support experience of Oracle Fusion HCM
