Role Overview

As a Sales Intern, you will assist in managing luxury sales workflows — from lead qualification to client consultations. This role offers hands-on exposure to premium client handling, proposal coordination, and high-value residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 40–50 leads / month via marketing, referrals, and inbound channels.
  • Qualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
  • Maintain structured records across CRM / Sheets.
  • Schedule 20–30 meetings / month . Host 20 client visits / month .
  • Assist in consultations, presentations, and relationship-building.
  • Support proposal preparation and follow-ups.
  • Demonstrate CleHaus comfort experiences (lighting, air, sound, automation).
  • Capture feedback and coordinate next steps.
  • Log all communications and progress updates.
  • Share weekly performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing / Completed degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills;
  • fluent in English.

  • Professional, disciplined, and eager to learn.
  • Interest in luxury design, interiors, or tech is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Passion for luxury, lifestyle, home décor, design and storytelling.
