Key Responsibilities :
User-Centered Design :
- Conduct user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs.
- Ensure all design decisions are grounded in user behavior and data-driven insights.
Collaborative Problem Solving :
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design objectives and product requirements.Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions, providing creative design solutions aligned with business and user goals.Prototyping and Testing :
Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance user experiences.Design Systems :
Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI component libraries, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across products.Promote reusable and scalable design components within the product ecosystem.Stay Informed :
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Continuously seek opportunities to bring innovative ideas and best practices to product design.Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a premium institute in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.1–4 years of hands-on experience in product design, preferably in B2C environments.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma , Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) , or Sketch .Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving ability.Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX / UI best practices.Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile team environment.Skills Required
