Sternavex is a rocket / aerospace company where clean, reliable data powers fast decisions. As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you’ll accurately capture, validate, and maintain operational data (inventory, procurement, test logs, quality records) so our teams can execute with confidence.

What you’ll do Enter, review, and update data in spreadsheets and internal systems (ERP / MRP / PLM).

Validate source documents, resolve discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records.

Organize and label files with proper version control and traceability.

Build basic reports (Excel / Google Sheets).

Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to close data gaps.

Follow data security, confidentiality, and documentation procedures.

What you’ll need 0–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative operations (fresh graduates welcome).

Strong attention to detail; ownership of data accuracy.

Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets (sorting / filtering, data validation, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, basic formulas).

Typing speed ~45+ WPM with high accuracy.

Clear written / spoken English; ability to follow structured procedures.

Legally authorized to work in India.

Nice to have : Experience with ERP / MRP tools; exposure to QA / ISO documentation; prior work with inventory or test data.

Remote work setup 5-day workweek aligned to IST; occasional flexibility during peak periods.

Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace (power backup recommended).
