Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Promoter Coordinator

at Sunburn Union Bengaluru. The Promoter Coordinator will be responsible for managing genre-specific promoter networks, building strong relationships across nightlife communities, and ensuring consistent audience turnout for events. The role involves sharing promotional content, coordinating follow-ups for maximum effectiveness, and tracking footfall and performance metrics on an event-by-event basis.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with nightlife venues, familiarity with club culture

Understanding of music genres and nightlife trends

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in tracking event performance metrics (footfall, conversions, ROI)

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Any Bachelor’s degree
