Senior Automation Engineer - Telecom Testing

Description : Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer with strong experience in the telecom domain to drive automation initiatives across network elements, OSS / BSS systems, test environments, and operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in telecom technologies combined with advanced automation skill sets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for telecom applications, network systems, and test environments.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, validation, regression, and performance testing of network services.
• Develop automation scripts for OSS / BSS workflows, network operations, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate automation tools with CI / CD pipelines and monitoring platforms.
• Collaborate with network engineers, QA teams, and product owners to identify automation opportunities.
• Perform root cause analysis and optimize existing automation solutions for scalability and performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, reusable libraries, and automation reports.
• Ensure automation complies with telecom standards, SLAs, and security guidelines.
