Job Summary
The Global Inside Sales Manager will lead and manage a 50-member inside sales team, supporting $30 million in annual sales. This role requires an experienced leader to build a high-performance sales environment aligned with global standards and KPIs, driving revenue growth and ensuring individual and team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a 50-member global inside sales team
- Drive the team to achieve $30 million in annual revenue
- Establish and implement inside sales best practices
- Set sales targets in coordination with the Global Head of Sales
- Personally meet or exceed individual sales KPIs
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members for continuous improvement
- Conduct performance monitoring and regular reviews
- Create a professional and motivating team culture
- Ensure team-wide achievement of KPIs and SLA compliance
- Collaborate with global and local leadership (Chicago & Bangalore)
