End User Computing Engineer.Troubleshoot technical issues related to end-user computing, encompassing both hardware and software components.Strong knowledge and experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 Troubleshooting skills.Experience with MS Intune and SCCM is desirable (Autopilot, Device Management, Windows updates, Autopilot, Application deployment, Reporting, etc).Handling and solving issues during and post migration of Win 10 to Windows 11-.Good Troubleshooting Knowledge on Microsoft Intune and SCCM tools.Good experience of incident resolution, requests, changes and problem-solving activities delivered to agreed SLAs.Good knowledge of Microsoft's products like Office 365- Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues.Manage the day-to-day incidents and service requests resolving them promptly utilizing the ITSM tool (Service NOW) of record.Skills Required
