About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to lead the planning and execution of on-ground projects and events. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a sharp design sense, and the ability to integrate new-age technology into event setups.Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage end-to-end execution of on-ground projects, including venue finalization, setup, set design, LED screens, branding collaterals, and more.- Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver set and venue designs accordingly.- Build and maintain a database of agencies for set design, lighting, stage, and event production.- Liaise with hotels and venues to manage bookings, rooming arrangements, and event logistics.- Maintain a repository of hotel options across metro cities for quick reference.- Bring creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to event setups, ensuring innovative and engaging designs.- Stay updated with new-age technologies in event production and integrate them into projects for enhanced impact.Skills & Qualifications- At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience- Proven experience in event planning, production, or project management.- Strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology.- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.- Ability to multi-task and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.- A creative aptitude with attention to detail and design.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to work on high-impact projects across multiple cities.- Exposure to new-age event technologies and innovative setups.- A collaborative and creative work environment with room for innovation.
