About the Role :
As a senior Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be a key player in the end-to-end maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of our Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Deep expertise in both functional HR processes and technical development will be critical in translating complex business requirements into effective and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically for Core HR, Position Management, OTL and Absences, Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management, Goals and Performance, OIC Integrations, Reports, Extracts. (At least 3 modules expertise)
- Lead the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Design, develop, and test integrations between Oracle HCM and other third-party systems using various methods, including REST / SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud technical tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI to support data migration, reporting, and analytics.
- Configure and maintain complex Fast Formulas to support various business requirements, particularly for compensation and payroll integrations.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle's reporting tools to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
- Provide expert-level functional and technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for end-users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure technical solutions are aligned with functional requirements and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM updates and new features, evaluating their potential application to enhance business processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices within the Oracle HCM team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with Oracle HCM Cloud.Must have experience with at least three end-to-end implementation lifecycles.Proven expertise in the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules for Core HR, Position Management, OTL and Absences, Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management, Goals and Performance, OIC Integrations, Reports, Extracts.In-depth technical knowledge of integrations (APIs, OIC), HCM Data Loader (HDL), and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher) is essential.Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector in India.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent assignments in a fast-paced environment.Oracle Cloud certifications in HCM modules are a plus.Required Skills
