Associate Engineer III – BI Developer

This role is on Global Supply Chain Technology team in the lululemon technology organization. lululemon Engineering is dedicated to building secure, reliable, and performant products for our guests and partners. As an Engineer, you will work as part of a global team supported by our business and architecture partners to help us collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading technology solutions that drive lululemon’s business goals.

Experience and skill sets :

  • Analyze, design, develop, implement, document, and maintains applications systems, working on moderately complex to highly complex project assignments.
  • Consult with Quality Assurance and Business Analysts in the development and execution of test plans.
  • Provide technical assistance and problem resolution for assigned systems.
  • Identify and provide recommendations for system process improvements.
  • May act as a source for direction, training, and guidance for less experienced team members.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology, or in a related technical field or equivalent technology experience.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills
  • 2– 5 years of engineering experience
  • Must-Have Skills :

  • Architect and manage secure, scalable AWS cloud solutions leveraging advanced native services.
  • Design and deliver interactive, data-driven dashboards in Power BI to enable actionable business insights.
  • Implement and optimize SCI (Supply Chain Insights) / IBM Cognos solutions to enhance operational visibility and decision-making (Good to have).
  • Develop and maintain performant data pipelines and analytics workflows in Snowflake.
  • Build automation scripts, backend services, and data processing tools using Python.
  • Design, train, and deploy AI / ML models to solve complex business problems and drive predictive analytics.
