We’re looking for a driven and disciplined Technical Recruiter who can deliver results in a fast-moving, target-based environment. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end contract hiring — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring every requirement is handled with precision, speed, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract and full-time technical positions.
  • Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and update trackers / ATS regularly.
  • Meet and exceed weekly / monthly submission, interview, and conversion targets.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring teams.
  • Handle offer negotiations, onboarding, and documentation seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast closures and high conversion ratios.

Key Skills & Experience :

  • 2–5 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably with contract hiring exposure.
  • Strong sourcing skills on major platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, Foundit, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements effectively.
  • Good understanding of modern tech stacks (Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, ERP, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in structured, performance-oriented systems.
  • Performance Metrics :

  • Target : 2–4 contract conversions per month
  • SLA : 24-hour turnaround for initial CV submissions
  • Quality : 80% shortlist-to-interview ratio
  • Compliance : 100% onboarding and documentation accuracy
