Job descriptionCertified Scrum Master ( CSM ) from Scrum Alliance (or equivalent like PSM) 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master with Agile teams Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile principles
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies : Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Support Product Owners in backlog grooming , prioritization , and clarifying user stories .
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile / Scrum values, principles, and best practices .
- Remove team impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Monitor sprint progress using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps , or VersionOne .
- Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
- Track team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint goals) and share insights with stakeholders.
- Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align on cross-team dependencies.
- Champion a culture of agility and servant leadership.
