About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Admin to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

In this role, you will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards while supporting cross-functional teams to deliver business value through automation and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards.

Core Competencies :

Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST / SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical problem-solving mindset focused on scalable and sustainable solutions.

Effective collaboration skills, experienced in working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.

Proficient in creating architecture diagrams and comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Qualifications :

BE / B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or a degree in a relevant field.

6-8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
