Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Jalandhar. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and overseeing customer retention initiatives. Daily tasks include addressing customer concerns, monitoring customer service metrics, conducting regular check-ins with clients, analyzing customer feedback for continuous improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Only female candidate required.
