Co-founder (Fashion Designer)

Buzzzest is a fashion brand that provides made-to-measure clothing and personalized styling recommendation.

You'll be joining us as one of the Co-founder & COO . Your job will be to manage the clothing operations from scratch, create the strategy and manage the division alongside the co-founder and you'll be responsible for the entire design process, from translating concepts into technical sketches to creating impeccably crafted patterns.

Your Role

• Develop new and exciting fashion collections that align with brand aesthetics and market trends.
• Translate design concepts and sketches into technical flats and specifications.
• Develop and grade patterns for various garment sizes, ensuring accuracy and fit.
• Source and select high-quality materials based on design needs and functionality.
• Oversee sample production, conducting fit sessions and making adjustments to patterns as needed.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends and garment construction techniques.
• Build the personal fashion styling business alongside the co-founders.
