We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven LinkedIn Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns (lead generation, brand awareness, retargeting).
Build and execute content calendars, including posts, articles, and engagement strategies.
Manage company pages, showcase pages, and LinkedIn groups for maximum visibility.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the sales / business development team to ensure quality lead generation.
Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, advertising, and lead generation.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and audience targeting.

Excellent skills in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling.

Knowledge of performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI) and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to manage budgets and optimize ad spend.

Strong communication and project management skills.
