Sales Representative (Hindi Speaking)

Job description :

We are seeking a proactive and confident Sales Representative with excellent Hindi communication skills. The role involves calling potential clients, converting leads, conducting product demos, and supporting customers after on-boarding.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome – full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and  explain our products

Convert leads into successful sales

Schedule and conduct  online or telephonic product demonstrations

Manage  follow-ups and maintain lead status reports

Handle  basic customer service queries  and coordinate with internal teams

Maintain  strong client relationships  and support business growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)

Excellent communication & convincing ability

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience  are welcome

Must be  willing to work from our Kochi office (relocation required)

Positive, energetic, and result-oriented mindset

Basic computer skills (MS Excel / CRM) preferred
