We're Hiring : US Bench Sales Recruiter | Full-Time

Role Description

This is a full-time role focused on managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with additional emphasis on consultant marketing, vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full recruiting cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent

Collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to understand current and future staffing needs

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote bench consultants across job boards and networks

Engage with third-party vendors and clients to maximize placement opportunities

Conduct technical screenings, behavioral interviews, and mock call sessions to prep candidates

Maintain consistent candidate engagement to ensure strong pipeline and retention

Assist with resume editing, formatting, and profile optimization for market readiness

Track and report on recruitment metrics and market trends

Preferred Skills :

Strong experience in bench marketing and vendor management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to guide and mentor candidates through the hiring process

Bonus : Hands-on experience with resume editing, LinkedIn branding, and mock interviews

Qualifications

3+ years of full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills

3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring

Strong Recruiting skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

Familiarity with IT software technologies is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field
