Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Strategist who can shape and lead our content strategy to strengthen Mentor Match’s brand presence, drive engagement, and support growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands education, parent psychology, and digital content trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and sales goals.
• Create engaging content for parents, students, and partners , including blogs, social media posts, emails, newsletters, website copy, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
• Plan and manage content calendars to support campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Research and identify trending topics in education, parenting, and mentorship to create relevant, value-driven content.
• Optimize content for SEO and performance tracking using analytics tools.
• Repurpose existing content into various formats (reels, blog snippets, guides, etc.) to maximize reach.
• Support brand storytelling by capturing success stories, testimonials, and community highlights.
