Global IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole onsite IT support resource in the Bangalore office, handling hardware, software, networking, and end-user support needs.
• Provide remote IT support for international teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Support collaboration tools (e.G., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint / OneDrive)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents, escalating to global IT leadership or MSSP when needed.
• Assist with IT operations tasks, including account provisioning, system updates, and compliance checks.
• Maintain asset inventory, licenses, and local IT documentation.
• Support office infrastructure such as networking equipment, printers, and conferencing systems.
• Collaborate with the global IT team to standardize processes and improve IT service delivery.
• Provide user training and guidance to improve adoption of IT systems and best practices.
