Capillary is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Developer to join our Analytics & Insights team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that transform raw data into meaningful business insights. You will work on end-to-end BI solutions , including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization best practices, while ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization across large datasets.
The ideal candidate will also take ownership of Power BI administration , managing workspace governance, access control, and publishing pipelines. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—spanning business, data engineering, and product—to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable analytics solutions. Additionally, you will use Power Automate and other Microsoft ecosystem tools to streamline workflows, automate data refreshes, and enhance productivity.

6+ years of hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards in
Power BI.
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best
practices.
Experience with Power BI Service administration (workspaces, gateways,
permissions, refresh scheduling).
Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and optimizing
performance.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate (and ideally Power Apps) for
workflow automation.
Proven ability to translate business problems into data-driven visual
stories.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with
business and technical teams.
