About Babblebots At Babblebots, our love affair with AI started with VoiceAI. Then we moved to documents, then intelligent conversations and AI based assessments. And the journey is just starting. We are excited to push the frontiers of AI to solve the $500B problem of talent - how to connect the best talent, to the best opportunity. Fast!

We have been building an AI-Agent called an AI-Recruiter, before this term was coined. It has progressively turned into a multi-agent, multi modal AI platform.

In 2025 we have been selected by Nasscom in the Top 37 GenAI startups in the country, and were also selected by AWS for their Spotlight program in APJ.

Babblebots.ai is founded by a team of IITians and serial entrepreneurs. We are based out of Mumbai and love to work in person from our office at IIT-Bombay (Powai).

We have closed a seed fund round recently. We are adding some kick-ass team members to 10x our impact in the next 12 months.

You will thrive here if :

  • You have worked at a fast growing startup before. If you have worked on a PLG product, it would be awesome

  • You take EXTREME accountability of your deliverables and can work with some ambiguity

In your role, you will :

  • Design and optimise scalable backend systems to support high-traffic applications, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
  • Write and maintain testable, efficient, and reusable code, ensuring alignment with current best practices and company coding standards.
  • Manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products
  • Mentor teammates and set high technical standards
  • If you have worked with voice applications, its a huge plus

    • Preferred qualifications :

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a backend developer.
  • Proficient in Python.
  • Hands on experience working with Django, Fast API or similar frameworks.
  • Hands on experience working with GenAI stack.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems.
  • Hands on experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of micro services architecture and containerisation technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Scalability and Performance Optimisation.
  • Strong coding, logical and problem-solving abilities

    Salary : 30 - 50 LPA + ESOPs depending on experience
