Job Description.

Job role : ServiceNow Developer - HRSD

Required Skill Set : ServiceNow, HRSD / ESC Modules, Java / JavaScript

Location : PAN INDIA

Experience : 5+ Years

Technical Competency

• Experience in development and customization of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery(Employee Service Management) applications, including :
• HR Case Management
• HR Knowledge Management
• Employee Service Center (Portal)
• Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
• Employee Document Management
• Performance Analytics for HR
• Integration experience with HRSM / HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs
• Web Services, JDBC, SFTP integration experience
• Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
• Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS
• Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD
• Should possess knowledge in Agile / Scrum methodology
• Basic knowledge with ITIL / industry standards and HRSD processes
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
