Business Development Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and supporting the sales management team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Executing the full b2b sales cycle : lead generation → meeting booking → customer calls → onboarding → ongoing support
- Owning and achieving monthly KPIs for meetings booked, demos conducted, and customers onboarded
- Providing exceptional customer support throughout the client lifecycle
- Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
Required Skills and Qualifications :
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or hospitality techProven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targetsStrong writing skills with ability to create persuasive marketing copyTechnical aptitude to understand and test software productsExperience with CRM systems and sales automation toolsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Benefits :
