Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Reporting Office) – Initial months at Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience Required : 1 to 2.5 years

CTC : ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum

Reporting To : HR Manager

Position Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to play a key role in ensuring HR compliance and driving employee development initiatives. This dual-function position involves maintaining adherence to statutory and company-specific HR policies, managing documentation and audits, and coordinating impactful training programs to foster a compliant and engaging workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Compliance & HR Operations

• Ensure company-wide compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records, statutory documentation, and HR compliance reports.
• Monitor HR processes to ensure alignment with internal policies and legal standards.
• Support the drafting, implementation, and updating of HR policies in line with labor legislation and business goals.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle data, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer performance management processes in coordination with the HR Manager.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary proceedings in a fair and compliant manner.
