About the Role

The QA - Testing & Validation role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data and reports. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to validate business processes and refine reporting based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical validation (data accuracy, filter behavior, drilldowns).
• Conduct business validation sessions with stakeholders.
• Refine reports based on feedback.
• Do A-to-B testing to make sure the metrics and the data are the same.
• Prepare Test plan & Scripts.
• Defect log and resolution report.
• Validation report (e.g., side-by-side comparisons).
