About the Role :

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Sales & Operations Assistant  to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in real estate, even if you're just starting out. The role includes a mix of sales support, customer interaction, and daily operational help — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to learn.

What You’ll Do :

  • Take and make calls to potential leads and clients
  • Assist in day-to-day business tasks and coordination
  • Conduct property visits and showings with clients
  • Handle basic office work and follow-up tasks
  • Support miscellaneous tasks related to ongoing projects and client needs

What We’re Looking For :

  • Good communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable talking to new people and explaining property details
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, phone apps, email, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel locally for site visits
  • A positive attitude, honesty, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends

    • Nice to Have (But Not Required) :

  • Prior experience in real estate or sales
  • Familiarity with the local property market
