About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can drive lead generation and sales in the Mobile App and Web Development domain. The ideal candidate should have prior experience dealing with international clients , managing the end-to-end sales cycle , and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in mobile app and website development services.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and collaborate with the technical team for proposals.
- Handle complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements :
2+ years of proven experience in IT service sales / mobile app / web development industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of international market trends (especially US, UK, Middle East).Hands-on experience with online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus.Target-oriented and self-motivated individual.Compensation :
