• Manage and maintain real estate management software (CRM, ERP, property portals).
• Provide technical support to sales, leasing, and operations teams.
• Handle data entry, database management, and regular system updates.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for software issues and enhancements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network, hardware, and application-related problems.
• Ensure data accuracy for property listings, client details, and transaction records.
• Support digital marketing tools, website backend, and lead-management systems.
• Generate IT-related reports and assist with system integrations.
• Ensure security, backup, and compliance with company IT policies.
• Assist in automating real estate processes to improve efficiency.
• PC Assembling as per Client Requirement Maintenance
• Troubleshooting, Repairing of Desktop
• Installation of Software, Operating System
