Job Description : Growth Marketing Manager (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , along with supporting channels such as WhatsApp Marketing, CRM, and CDP . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, executing, and scaling campaigns focused on lead generation, ROAS improvement, and full-funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns on Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (FB / IG), and LinkedIn .
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting and creatives for maximum ROI.
• Conduct A / B testing for ads, landing pages, audiences, and funnels.
• Track daily performance and ensure KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CAC, and ROAS are met.
