Role Overview

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial audits, tax planning, compliance, and risk assessments, while supporting key decision-making with financial insights. You will play a crucial role in streamlining financial processes, budgeting, and preparing financial statements, all while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Audits & Statements : Conduct thorough financial audits, prepare accurate financial statements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Tax Planning & Compliance : Manage tax planning, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulations, while identifying opportunities for tax efficiencies.
• Budgeting & Financial Planning : Lead the budgeting process, manage cash flow, and provide financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Management Reporting : Prepare regular financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial insights to guide business strategies.
• Risk Assessment : Assess financial risks and offer actionable insights to minimize risk exposure, while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Collaboration & Advisory : Work closely with internal teams to align financial strategies with company goals and provide financial guidance to senior management.
