What does this role hold for you…??

  • Oversee the maintenance, safety, and upkeep of all office spaces
  • Manage relationships with vendors, property managers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement facility management policies for space planning, seating arrangements, and asset management
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Manage daily administrative functions, including travel arrangements, security, transport, and housekeeping
  • Handle office supplies, utility management, and general services to ensure seamless operation.
  • Manage emergency preparedness plans, including fire safety and evacuation procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulatory standards, and safety requirements
  • Plan and coordinate office events, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs
  • Manage vendor contracts, ensuring service quality, timely delivery, and SLA adherence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Leadership, to align facility operations with business needs.
  • Implement and oversee security protocols to ensure employee safety and asset protection.

  • 8+ years of experience in Facilities, Administration, or Workplace Management.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management
  • Excellent organizational and crisis management abilities
  • Experience in managing multi-location offices with a focus on efficiency and cost control
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance standards
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
