Job Summary
The Deputy Manager – Sales (International Process) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing international sales operations, and leading high-performance teams within the BPO environment. The role requires strong exposure to international sales processes, dialer management, and financial metrics including EBITDA and P&L analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive international sales performance across voice-based processes.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to improve conversion rates and average revenue per user (ARPU).
- Monitor lead quality, campaign performance, and sales funnel metrics.
Dialer & Process Management
- Hands-on knowledge of predictive, progressive, and manual dialers.
- Optimize dialer configurations to improve connect ratio, talk time, and agent productivity.
Financial & Performance Management
- Prepare, analyze, and present P&L reports for assigned processes or campaigns.
- Strong understanding of EBITDA calculations, cost structures, margins, and profitability levers.
- Control operational costs including manpower, telecom, and overheads.
- Forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team leaders and sales executives.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill-development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and client SLAs.
- Drive a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a point of contact for international clients on sales performance and growth plans.
- Participate in client reviews, business updates, and expansion discussions.
- Collaborate with quality, training, and workforce teams to improve outcomes.

Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA (Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Operations preferred)
- Relevant certifications in sales management or business finance are a plus
Preferred Experience
- Experience in international voice processes
- Exposure to scaling campaigns and managing multi-client environments
- Prior experience in a mid to large BPO setup
