About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect (FSL) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline field operations, and align with business goals.
Key Skills & Responsibilities :
- Salesforce Platform Expertise : Strong proficiency in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Configuration & Customization : Ability to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions through declarative and programmatic capabilities
- Data Management : Hands-on in data migration, integration, and governance ensuring data quality & consistency
- Mobile Solutions : Experience with mobile apps to optimize field service operations
- APIs & Integration : Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and experience integrating with external systems (REST / SOAP, middleware tools)
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal & written communication to interact with business and technical stakeholders
- Project Management : Ability to plan, execute, and monitor Salesforce solution delivery across multiple projects
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, developers, administrators, and business users
- Customer-Centric Mindset : Ensure solutions meet business needs and end-user expectations
Qualifications :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (B.E / B.Tech / MCA).10- 12 years of IT experience, with 10+ years in Salesforce implementations.Proven experience in Service Cloud & FSL architecture, configuration, and integration.Salesforce Architect certifications (e., Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA) preferred(ref : hirist.tech)
