Role Description

We are looking for Development & Business Interns who are enthusiastic about technology, sales, and digital innovation. This is a hybrid internship role (remote with occasional on-site meetings at our Bengaluru office).

You will gain hands-on experience in app / web development, sales & marketing, and business research. Interns who contribute significantly will be considered for future full-time employment opportunities with BFSITech Insights.

Key Responsibilities

Support web and mobile application development projects
Contribute to sales & marketing campaigns and community engagement
Research technologies and market opportunities relevant to BFSI and digital solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, strategy) on live projects
Assist in building digital products and platforms for business growth, student learning and mentorship opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Graphic Designing, Business, Sales & Marketing, or related fields

Basic knowledge of web / app development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.) OR strong interest in sales, graphic designing & digital marketing

Demonstrated passion for technology, finance, or entrepreneurship

Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn, and adaptability

Good teamwork and communication skills

Open for feedback and Solution oriented mindset

Additional Assest

Personal / academic software projects or a portfolio

Participation in hackathons, tech fests, or business clubs

Creative work in social media, branding, or digital campaigns

Internship Details

Job Type : Internship (Part-time / Full-time – flexible depending on availability)

Location : Hybrid – Primarily remote, with occasional on-site sessions in Bengaluru

Duration : 6 months

Compensation : Performance-based stipend + value exchange benefits (mentorship, certification, portfolio-building). Outstanding contributors may be offered full-time employment opportunities post-internship.
