BPM Developer Archer

Tasks

• Develop and implement Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using Archer platform to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BPM solutions.
• Customize and configure the Archer platform to align with business processes and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure that all BPM solutions meet company standards and client expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed BPM solutions including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a BPM Developer with RSA Archer or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in developing configuring testing and deploying Archer applications and solutions.
• Strong understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
