Job description

Are you a seasoned backend developer who thrives on solving complex problems and architecting scalable systems Join our fast-paced, high-energy team where you'll work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to real, high-impact products every day.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Laravel and NodeJS, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Work with MySQL / PostgreSQL and other relational databases to design optimized schemas and write efficient queries.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Design RESTful APIs and microservices with clean architecture and secure endpoints.
  • Own backend architecture decisions and contribute to improving system design, code quality, and developer workflows.
  • Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve backend performance.

What We're Looking For :

  • 7–10 years of proven backend development experience, with deep expertise in Laravel and NodeJS.
  • Strong grasp of database design and optimization; comfortable working with both SQL and NoSQL.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern backend frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS / DigitalOcean), CI / CD pipelines, and server-side security best practices.
  • Bonus : Experience with ReactJS is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • A collaborative mindset, problem-solving attitude, and hunger for continuous learning.
