Skills & Qualifications

5+ Years of Experience in test automation.
Strong hands-on experience with manual testing of web applications and APIs.
Proficiency in developing automated tests using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST-assured, or similar.
Familiarity with React components and DOM structure for effective front-end testing.
Experience testing applications developed in Perl or ability to understand legacy Perl systems.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of CI / CD workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
GTH experience with Github and Co Pilot.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with BDD / TDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, RSpec).

Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).

Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Basic scripting in Perl or the willingness to learn it.

Understanding of database querying (SQL or NoSQL).
