We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR – Recruitment & Administration Executive to join our team at KK Nagar. This role suits fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to grow in HR and office administration while contributing to meaningful, sustainability-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment : job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation.
• Handle day-to-day administrative operations, vendor coordination, and HR support tasks.
• Assist management in staffing coordination, HR policy updates, and compliance activities.
• Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
• Ensure smooth office functioning and a positive workplace culture.
