Requirement Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, translating them into clear user stories and specifications.
Project Management : Lead internal and client projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for seamless collaboration.
Quality Assurance : Facilitate UAT, track and resolve issues, and ensure readiness for production deployment.
Process Improvement : Identify workflow gaps and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting environments.
Strong knowledge of requirement elicitation, documentation, and project lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience in UAT, issue tracking, and process optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred :
Immediate joiners highly preferred.
Experience in client-facing roles.
