As the Lead - NBFC Sales, you will champion Bureau's growth in the NBFC segment, steering strategic sales initiatives, forging high-value partnerships, and ensuring NBFCs gain from Bureau's industry-leading risk decisioning and compliance solutions.
What you'll be doing.
Define and execute a targeted sales strategy for Bureau's NBFC offerings (KYC, onboarding, device intelligence, fraud protection, AML).
Identify, prospect, and onboard new NBFC clients, leveraging Bureau's platform to streamline their risk and compliance processes.
Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in NBFCs to drive product adoption.
Lead solution-based discussions, demos and negotiations, clearly aligning Bureau's value proposition with the NBFC's priorities-, reducing fraud, accelerating approvals, achieving compliance.
Partner with Product, Risk, Enablement, and Marketing teams to tailor Bureau's solutions (e. , fast onboarding in under 10 seconds, device ID, deepfake detection) to NBFC-specific challenges.
Feed market insights back into product roadmap and marketing collateral.
Track sales funnels, revenue forecasts, conversion metrics, and deliverables & responsible for revenue target achievement.
Lead NBFC sales team-coaching them to win and retain NBFC clients.
