Our projects span multiple sectors — hotels, residential, commercial, data centers, mixed-use developments, and healthcare facilities — with a strong focus on accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery through a remote India-based engineering team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Engineer experienced in U.S. construction p rojects to join our growing remote team.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating directly with U.S.-based clients and project managers on live construction and preconstruction work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare scope of work documents, contracts, and related project documentation.
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and specification clarifications.
• Support estimation and scheduling teams during preconstruction and active project phases.
• Perform bid leveling, reach out to subcontractors for bids, and assist in preconstruction coordination.
• Manage and process change orders on Procore, ensuring documentation accuracy and approval tracking.
• Monitor budgets and cost controls through Procore and project cost reports.
• Oversee and maintain closeout document management, including collection, organization, and secure storage.
• Coordinate design clarifications and ensure smooth communication between client and site teams.
• Maintain organized document control and communication logs for multiple projects.
