Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to oversee and enhance our budgeting and financial forecasting processes.

This role will be responsible for developing annual and quarterly budgets, tracking financial performance, and identifying areas for cost optimization and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, experience in financial reporting and analysis, and a proactive approach to risk and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Budgeting : Develop and present annual and quarterly budgets for revenue and expense
• Financial Forecasting : Forecast financial and trends throughout the year.
• Budget Monitoring and Analysis : Track and analyze financial performance, comparing actual results to budgeted amounts.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and present financial reports
• Process Improvement : Improvements to budgeting and forecasting.
• Automation of existing processes to save time and cost
• Cost Management : Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
• Cash Flow Management : Identifying and reporting gaps in forecasted collection vs actual receipts
• Risk Management : Identify, flag, and analyze potential financial and budgetary risks.
