  • Reporting & Follow-Up : Maintain detailed records of client interactions, prepare progress reports, and follow up
  • on leads and ongoing projects.

  • Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide
  • insightful feedback to the sales and product teams.
